Building a movement routine is a tool for the long game. Just like anything at BHN, this isn’t about doing the most — it's about committing to showing up consistently, in community, at whatever pace supports your life, and celebrating your presence along the way. You always have choice here. The reality… eight weeks of regularly scheduling your routine is likely to lock in the habit, too!

How It Works

Each week, commit to moving at BHN 3–4 times — cycle, strength, or both.

How to join: Sign up in the BHN app — find the (🏆 ) gamification tab at the bottom. You will need to join each week of the challenge. A reminder that each week is an opportunity to Begin Again!

➡️ In Studio/Gym Trackers: These are still at the printer and will arrive by Friday 5/8 (maybe sooner) but, you must be signed up in the app for the challenge to count! So please start there!


Yes, our team is on the challenge, too. Please make sure you join “Routine is Sexy” and don’t worry about the “TEAM” version. 😉

No pressure to do this right. Every week you complete is its own entry for weekly prizes. Each time you complete 4 weeks of 4 stars, you get an entry for the big prizes. By completing all 8 weeks, you get two entries for the big prizes!
